Pricing: $1200.00 for a 1 year or more lease (per door)
Property Management
Our belief about property management is that both owners and tenants should receive the utmost respect and service. We offer 24/7 emergency service to tenants and oversee all maintenance and repairs. We also do thorough inspections at least 4 times per year. Our goal is to make sure both tenants and owners get the service they deserve.
Pricing: 6% per door
Furnished Rentals Assistance
For over 20 years, Tory McKay has been providing executive furnished rentals to the Windsor and Sarnia area. Our goal is to offer our clients the finest selection of rental suites/condos/houses of an extremely high standard. This is complemented by our outstanding customer service, leaving all clients with an exceptional experience. Our attention to detail is never over-looked or compromised! Investors, Tory McKay is available for consultations and furnish your properties to ensure you are meeting the needs of the clients resulting in high rental rates. We have access to many out of town workers and relocating firms.
